What Azure permissions does RangeHarbor need?
Read-only access only. We use Microsoft's standard OAuth consent flow — Cost Management Reader for the Azure Cost Report, and appropriate read-only Graph API permissions for Entra ID monitoring. We never touch your resources and no credentials are shared.
How long does onboarding take?
Under 5 minutes. You authorize access via a standard Microsoft consent page, fill in a short form, and you're done. Your first report arrives the following Monday.
What if I have multiple Azure subscriptions?
Multi-subscription is fully supported. All subscriptions under your billing account are included automatically — no extra cost.
Do I need any additional software or subscriptions?
For the Azure Cost Report and Entra ID Health Monitor, no software is required — just authorize read-only access to your Azure tenant. For the Patching & Compliance Reporter, a lightweight agent is installed on each managed device. We handle the setup and management from there.
How do tier changes work for the Azure Cost Report?
Your tier is based on your actual Azure spend from the previous calendar month. The bands are: Starter (up to $3,000/mo), Core ($3,001–$10,000/mo), Growth ($10,001–$30,000/mo), and Scale ($30,001–$75,000/mo). If your spend moves into a different band, you'll receive 7 days' advance notice before any billing change takes effect — upgrades and downgrades both.
How do I pay?
Billing is handled securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards. You'll receive a receipt automatically each month.
